Brinkman Project
Jeff Brinkman’s debut record, currently being produced by Bryan Wagstaff and Mark Kranjcec, is well into the tracking mode. While we were hoping to have a late Spring release, an updated release date of mid-August is now predicted. We were fortunate enough to have Brian Dillon and Christian Theele lend their talents on drums. Mark Diamond recently played some bass tracks on the record and Chris Wright will complete the bass parts. We are looking to have 3 tracks of the 11 song record released sometime mid-July. We will keep you posted. Behind-the-scenes footage of this phenomenal project can be found on our
Youtube page.
Publishing Deals We are excited to report that we recently signed publishing deals with two new companies – Scorekeepers Music in Los Angeles and Platinum Music in the U.K. Additionally, the Music Library in Los Angeles just signed another two of our instrumental beds.
Placements We recently wrote theme songs for two movies that were placed by our good friend Jeff Jones. “Happy Fool,” will play over the ending credits of the new comedic film “Commander in Chief.” A catchy teen-pop tune, in the vein of Miley Cyrus and Ashley Tisdale. called “The World’s A Game” will be featured in a new Steve Guttenberg/Billy Zane film called “The Gold Retrievers.” Please visit our credits page for a complete list of credits as they are updated.
BMWK Productions
Bryan Wagstaff and Mark Kranjcec have recently formed "BMWK Productions," whose focus is on record production. Local singer/songwriter Jeff Brinkman will be their first project. Pre-production is currently underway. Jeff Brinkman has an amazing talent and his voice is unlike anything heard of in today's music industry. Late Spring is the target date for the record release. Behind the scenes documentation, as it is covered, will be posted on the Reason to Rhyme Music channel on You Tube. Visit Jeff Brinkman's web page at

New Member of Our Team - Chase Norris
We are very proud to announce that we have recently signed the extremely talented pianist Chase Norris. We have posted a couple of Chase's solo piano bits in our music player. We are excited to have Chase on board. He is full of energy. He is extremely talented. And his ideas are endless.
Male Vocalist Wanted
We are still looking for a male vocalist who has an edge to his voice for a couple of songs we are currently producing. I would say somewhere along the lines of Scott Staff of Creed and the lead singer of Nickelback. If you know someone who shares these characteristics, please let us know. If you are that person, please send us some material.
You Tube Channel
We have recently set up the "Reason to Rhyme Music" channel on You Tube. The goal of our channel is to provide you with a behind the scenes look at the work that we do. This includes new projects that we have completed along with recording sessions in Devonshire Studios where we make things happen. Visit

Holiday Record
We are very excited to begin work on the holiday record that we had to put off. We are not sure when the release date will be, however, we are going to begin the tracking process in July.
Darren Pujalet of Particle fame is partnering with us to make this a reality. We expect lots of guest appearances on the record and we hope to re-create the material and provide something that has never been heard before.
Placements
We have recently placed two songs, "Story" and "Chain Parade" in an independent film called "Dog Tags," thanks to our great friend
Jeff Jones. Jeff is currently working on another film and has a couple of spots reserved for us. We will keep you posted.
Writing Team
The R2R Writing Team convened in April to put together another strong batch of new material. We are very much looking forward to bringing these new songs to fruition. You can get a behind the scenes look at this long weekend on our You Tube channel.
New Member of Our Team - Mark Kranjcec
We are very excited to announce that we have signed local Boulder artist Mark Kranjcec to our songwriting team! Mark’s virtuosity in both his playing and songwriting skills provides us with an incredible asset to achieve our aggressive goals for 2007.

Razortooth, the film our song “The Way it Spins” was placed in.
